1592.2 JTS power steering pipe. I am having an issue with my Alfa 159 2007 2.2 JTS. An awful noise occurred a week ago that was found to be a leak in the power steering pipe. The2.4 will undoubtedly be quicker than the 2.2, but speaking as a someone who owned diesels for 25 years before buying a Brera, the Brera and Spider is no place for a diesel engine. But lets not debate that, its a choice thing. The only 'issue' as such that I can recall with the 2.2JTS is timing chain stretch.
